Testimonial 1
“I highly recommend KEES as an Executive Search partner. Covenant Community Care researched and interviewed 8 search firms and narrowed the finalists down to 3. We choose KEES because Heather [Eddy] understood where we were at and where we wanted to go. KEES is professional, responds quickly to requests, and kept the process moving forward even during a pandemic. The entire KEES team is great to work with. The Search Committee could never have managed on our own all that KEES did for us – a CEO search is time consuming and a lot of work! We would definitely partner with KEES again.”
-Dotti Sharp, Search Committee Chair, Covenant Community Care

"One of the most daunting tasks for a NFP Board is conducting a search and hiring a new CEO/ED. Fortunately, the 360 Youth Services Board made the decision to hire Heather Eddy of KEES to lead us through this task. Heather's process was extremely organized, focused, inclusive and well communicated. Heather became a trusted advisor, passionate about finding the best leader for our organization. Heather's experience, knowledge and network of the NFP world is a valuable asset. KEES provided candidates that were not only extremely qualified but diverse." Debra Lellbach, Board member and Search Committee Chair, 360 Youth Services

"Heather's level of customer service is unmatched! She has done a great job for our chapter - in leading the search for the new CEO, as well as great communication before, during and after the hire. She checks-in with us on a regular basis, to make sure we are doing well, and even came back to facilitate a great discussion of DISC assessments for the entire staff. I highly recommend Heather and her company!" Chris Broullire, former Chapter President of Alzheimer's Association, National Capital Chapter
