A comprehensive strategic plan that has the support of professional and volunteer leadership is critical to long-term success. Evolve works to develop a strategic campaign plan for board and staff to use for a broad spectrum of operating needs including: budgeting, recruitment, marketing, developing committee charges, setting fundraising goals, assessing programs and other organizational goals.

Testimonial 1
“When Evolve came to our first meeting we had no fundraising campaign or lay leadership. Only six months later, we have a comprehensive annual campaign, a sophisticated and friendly donor database system, and an energized group of 15 lay leaders on our annual campaign committee. This committee includes alumni, parent, camper, community, event, communications, special projects, and membership chairs. Evolve was able to mobilize our staff and lay leaders around a dynamic and innovative campaign.”

Stefan Teodosic, Director, Beber Camp

“Thank you … for all your wonderful work! We couldn't have done it without you. Your knowledge about how to plan, manage, and execute a capital campaign is extensive. You were also able to translate your expertise in a way that was understandable to us, even though it was our first capital campaign. We learned so much from you…we will be able to take many of the techniques you taught us and implement them into our annual giving program. So, your work with us will continue to benefit the agency, and thus the women and children we serve. Thank you!”

LAURA SABINO, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, LAKE COUNTY HAVEN

“My experience with our consultants was outstanding. I am extremely happy with the high quality of their work. Tina Herpe did a tremendous job leading Carmel Catholic through the strategic planning process. The team's support exceeded all my expectations, and they were instrumental in the success of our plan.”

DR. BRAD BONHAM, PRESIDENT
