After a bit of apprehension, The Board of Directors and I embarked on a rewrite of our strategic plan. John was an invaluable asset in helping the organization to focus on meaningful and deliberate areas relevant to the organization. John used his years of experience in multiple settings on a technical and emotional level. The end result was a succinct plan, not overburdened with tactics, fluid enough to provide core direction, without ignoring the changing dynamics of our field. ~ Eric Gurley, President and CEO, Immanuel Communities, Omaha, NE
