Speaker Bio
Sarah Merion is a strategist, technology advisor, and data translator to non-profit executives needing to unlock the value of the data within their organizations. Early in her career, she consulted for Fortune 500 companies and C-suite executives on leveraging the power of data and technology to provide invaluable insights and measure their impact. Previously, Sarah was the VP of Client Solutions at Treehouse Technology Group, where she oversaw client design, delivery, and data model development of custom analytics solutions. She also led a technology team in the development and provided project and product management oversight. A stellar client experience is one of Sarah’s cornerstones of working as a technical designer and liaison with clients.

Today, she empowers non-profits to create more impact by using the same methodologies and frameworks that empowered her for-profit clients to make more money. Sarah's non-profit clients come to her for help in transforming into a data-informed organization that allows them to compete better for donor dollars, grant awards, volunteer time, and community involvement. Sarah advises clients who are seeking impact measurement, program evaluation, grant reporting, data analysis and visualization, and the alignment of strategic plans to operational performance.

Sarah earned her MBA in Business Administration and Management from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, and her BS in Business Administration and Finance from Northeastern University. When not serving those on the front lines of social impact, she's busy baking gluten-free goodies, taking walks, or exploring with her partner and two young daughters (2 years and 2 months!).
