Cathy Yen is a seasoned nonprofit executive, consultant, and sought-after speaker. Drawing on decades of experience in leadership, marketing, and strategy, Cathy specializes in helping boards and executive teams align values, vision and mission with actionable plans.

Cathy’s results-oriented approach and captivating presentation style make her a trusted voice at industry events. She has delivered engaging presentations at conferences, workshops, and events, including a popular TEDx Talk. She also serves as founder and co-facilitator at Community Connections Fund, a leadership development program serving western Cook County, IL, where she regularly presents to aspiring superheroes.
