Join your fellow ACN members and guests and partake in a morning full of networking and coffee with a literary twist.

ACN member, Daniel Ronan, from the Programming Committee has developed a wonderful holiday inspired program for ACN members to give back to our community. ACN is teaming up with Burst Into Books, a nonprofit organization with a mission to help children develop a love for literature through reading circles, book clubs, writing workshops, online workshops, educational services and family-centered events.

Founder and Executive Director, Jurema Gorham, will join us to share information about Burst Into Books. The organization supports the entire spectrum of the development of the child, from 6 months of age to 18 years old. Each group has been carefully created with curriculum that is age-appropriate, culturally relevant and academic driven.

There is street parking available in the area and reasonable daily parking available at nearby lots. We recommend using the SpotHero app to find optimal parking. The Literacenter is located in Chicago’s thriving West Loop neighborhood, surrounded by restaurants and near every form of public transportation. It is two blocks from the Clinton El stop, one block from bus routes, next to a Divvy bike station, two blocks from Zipcars, and three blocks from Metra (Ogilvie Transportation Center).
