When you start a consulting firm, or even if you have set up shop for a while already, do you wonder what are some of the basic “tools” you need to have in place in order to run your business properly and effectively? We have invited several experts to provide an overview of what a consulting firm needs in terms of:
- Your basic insurance coverage, such as general liability and/or errors & omissions - what might you need and what might you not need?
- What to include and look out for in your client contracts and negotiations?
- How to make sure you are targeting your marketing efforts, and telling a compelling story to prospective clients?
