Join leaders in the consulting process field as they take sides and debate the value of SWOT as a tool to gather the needs of an organization.  SWOT is a technique for assessing an organization's internal strengths and external opportunities. Does SWOT hold the value and weight it once did?  Can SWOT change with the times?  How are consultants gathering the data necessary to make change?   This event is NOT a panel discussion (yay!), we will see these experts debate the value of SWOT and attempt to change hearts and minds!

Objectives:
1. Why using SWOT can be dangerous
2. How to use better planning tools than SWOT
3. How to modify SWOT if you must use it to avoid it's traps
