Leslie has over 20 years in government operations in HIV/AIDS, public housing and emergency management & 15 years independent project management consulting. She's seen it all, waste, mismanagement of resources, poorly trained teams and destructive management practices that lead to ineffectively constructed public programs and services.

Through stories, business cases and real life impacts Leslie shares knowledge, tips and techniques to transform nonprofit operations, teams and impact.
