Company Profile

Company Overview
Hi, my name is Anne and I'm all about empowering Executive Directors of growing nonprofits, especially those approaching revenues of $1MM or more. If you're juggling growth and trying not to burn out, you've found the person!

Who Do I Work With?

I'm here for Executive Directors without a Development team. Feeling swamped with fundraising and like your board's just not in your corner? That's exactly where I come in.

The Real-World Problems I Solve:

- Uncertainty: Does your fundraising strategy resemble like throwing spaghetti on the wall, hoping something sticks? Let's replace that chaos with a clear, actionable strategy.
- Overwhelm Overload: If you're stretched thin, juggling too many hats, let's streamline your efforts. Hint: it's about doing less, not more.
- Isolation: Struggling to rally your board around the idea of supporting you actively with fundraising? I'm here to help transform them from passive to passionate allies.

My Style:

Here’s what you get with Fundraising Levers:

- A rock-solid fundraising strategy to secure your nonprofit's future.
- Engaging training sessions for your board and staff, aligning everyone with your vision.
- Refined processes to give you back your time and peace of mind.

Why Choose Me?

With my own history as an Executive Director and a Master’s in Organizational Behavior, I get the unique challenges you face while tapping into data and research. I've been in your shoes, and I know what works.

The Impact:

Imagine your nonprofit running like a well-oiled machine, your board actively involved in fundraising, and you, finally enjoying the calm and confidence to not just meet, but exceed your mission goals.

Testimonial 1
I highly recommend working with Anne if you are looking for a fundraising consultant. As the Executive Director of a local community TV station, I was initially concerned about Anne's unfamiliarity with our town, but she quickly proved that she needed very little background information to hit the ground running. Since we are relatively new to fundraising, we hired Anne to help us focus our efforts and raise more money. She helped us implement a sustainable fundraising structure that works for us with ease, and we actually doubled the fundraising goal we had set! We uncovered a lot of fundraising potential we weren’t aware of and are confident that we can increase our fundraising efforts with the foundation and tools Anne has helped us to establish. Anne is an upbeat, professional, and likable person with a great sense of subject matter and her support was invaluable in holding me accountable during the busy end-of-year season. The board and I would highly recommend Anne to any organization seeking a fundraising consultant. Her passion, dedication, and expertise will undoubtedly help you achieve your goals in a sustainable and effective way.

I reached out to Anne when the number of requests for our support to Giving Joy tripled, and I realized we needed to up our fundraising game. Anne helped me establish a new sponsorship model for our business partners and as a result, we were able to increase the number of micro-grants we provide to women entrepreneurs worldwide. Anne also helped me achieve a big shift in perspective on effective donor communication and provided new ideas on how to engage our audience, which was very well received by our donors. Together, we created a fundraising plan that is now the foundation of our calendar of activities throughout the year. Anne is very resourceful, and our work together extended well beyond fundraising. For example, she provided valuable ideas on how to measure and communicate impact. She was responsive, straightforward, and understood what I needed, laying out practical solutions rather than theoretical ones. Work with Anne if you’re looking for a consultant!

Promise & Pitfalls: Navigating AI for Fundraising as an Executive Director
Topic 1 Description
Fundraising in the nonprofit sector is no cakewalk, especially if you're working with small teams, shoestring budgets, and ambitious targets. Recent advances in AI technology promise to free us from time-consuming tasks and boost revenue through advanced data analysis. However, these advances don’t come without their drawbacks: Fears of becoming obsolete, alienating donors, and privacy concerns overshadow the promises that AI tools hold.
In this workshop, we will demonstrate a variety of tools & use cases to show how they can save time, create more personalized funder experiences, and gather insights through data analysis. As a result, participants will be empowered to make informed decisions about integrating AI tools into their fundraising strategies and how to do so without keeping sight of creating a culture that keeps pace with technological advances.

Testimonial:
“I can’t thank Anne enough for her AI training. Her session change my outlook on AI in development and really opened my eyes to the possibilities that AI brings to fundraising. Most importantly she helped reduce the fear and anxiety about using AI at work. I’ve already had several conversations with my grants team and Executive Director on how to successfully implement AI into our grant writing and feel so blessed I attended her training. Highly recommend booking a training with her.”
