LM Genuine Solutions (LMGS) is a full service firm that delivers strategic and impactful solutions for our client’s unique needs, challenges, or priorities. We strive to be the cornerstone of bold, strategic, local collaborations that achieve exponential impact in our communities at large.

We understand that today’s solutions cannot be cookie cutter or based upon a strict and stringent methodology. Our company approaches each challenge as an opportunity to fully understand and learn about local communities and stakeholders. Situational dynamics will mold the final integrated approach to each client engagement.

Our target market consists of organizations and businesses (domestic and international), both for profit and nonprofit, that need support and direction in identifying and implementing solutions for strategic priorities that lead to positive and sustainable change in their communities. Some examples of our work include the creation of the South Florida Anchor Alliance and its Regional Marketplace, the expansion of Together for Children, and the development and implementation of the countywide Future Bound Miami Children Savings Account program. In 2021, LMGS attended the groundbreaking of Southside Preparatory/Brickell Solutions Project which included a new school in the heart of downtown Miami and affordable housing for the school district’s workforce. This unique, first-of-its-kind public private partnership’s negotiations were led by LMGS and included collaboration between Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Miami-Dade County’s Public Housing and Community Development Department, and the Related Urban Development Group.
