Suzanne Griffith, Vega Partners
Suzanne Griffith is the Founder and Managing Principal of VEGA Partners, a leading Chicago-based social impact consultancy. VEGA Partners develops powerful strategies for socially responsible organizations to make their good greater. With 25 years of experience in philanthropy and business, Suzanne is leading the firm’s multi-disciplinary approach to creating sustainable social impact for companies, philanthropies and non-profits. Suzanne previously held leadership roles in corporate social responsibility at Exelon Corporation and Urban Partnership Bank, and fundraising roles at the Goodman Theatre and the original Jane Addams Hull Association, managing multi-million initiatives for corporate reputation, employee engagement and brand building. She is a graduate of Lawrence University and DePaul University and continues to study cultural anthropology, leadership and creativity. Her Board service includes the Executive Committee of the African American Legacy Fund at the Chicago Community Trust, the largest fund of its kind, and Executive Committee of the Association to Non-profit Consultants. Previous volunteer service includes the Board of Directors of Congo Square Theatre, the Chicago Architecture Center’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, the Lawrence University Alumni Board, and a literacy tutor with Tutoring Chicago.

Belinda Li, Citta Partnership
Belinda Li is Founder, CEO & Chief Consultant of CiTTA Partnership (www.cittapartnership.com), a boutique management consulting firm with a mission to empower leaders of purpose-driven organizations to implement their ideas and scale their social impact in a financially sustainable way. CiTTA specializes in helping nonprofits add new revenue streams through social enterprise business activities and guiding purpose-driven businesses with their go-to market strategies and implementation plans. Belinda’s expertise includes: business modeling, business strategy, market research, and feasibility assessment.  She serves on the Boards of the Social Enterprise Alliance Chicago Chapter, and the Illinois Environmental Council Education Fund.  And she holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Ph.D. degree in Medical Physics from the University of London, UK.   


Erica Spangler Raz, Chicago Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights
Erica Spangler Raz is an attorney with Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights, and counsels nonprofits and social enterprises. Erica also cultivates relationships with attorneys and law firms to identify pro bono opportunities that deliver quality transactional legal services to clients. She regularly presents seminars relating to the legal aspects of nonprofit governance, operations, compliance, and collaborations, to community groups, attorneys, and other advisors to nonprofits.

Erica serves as Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul’s appointee to the Illinois Charitable Trust Stabilization Committee. She has worked on several initiatives of ExponentumSM, a national collaboration of business law pro bono providers to nonprofits, including serving on the Law Firm and Corporate Relationships and the National Pro Bono Projects working groups. She serves on the associate board of Coordinated Advice and Referral Program for Legal Services (CARPLS), where she was previously a staff attorney. Erica serves as a Cook County Election Judge, a Chicago Neighborhood Development Awards Judge, an advisory committee member of the Community Programs Accelerator (a program of the Office of Civic Engagement, University of Chicago), and is an active volunteer with many nonprofits.

Erica was awarded the Sun-Times Public Interest Law Fellowship by the Chicago Bar Foundation for demonstrated commitment to public interest work, academic achievement in law school, and outstanding character and integrity. Erica is a graduate of Marquette University and received her law degree from DePaul University.
