Workshop #1: Your Purpose Leads to Profit

Entrepreneurs are still struggling due to the pandemic and the economic changes we've all experienced over the few two years. It is becoming more and more challenging to sell our services. Business owners believe in their mission; they know their services are essential but wonder why it is so difficult to make money. They are trapped in their day-to-day operations, pulled in so many directions – they are starting to become cluttered and disoriented. Many have lost the passion and drive that ignited their love for their business and their commitment to sell, serve, and succeed. Now it is more important than ever for entrepreneurs to identify, define, and activate their purpose and communicate their value in a differentiated way that aligns with what they stand for and what truly resonates with their clients and their mutual vision for success.

The takeaways are:

• Participants will understand how their purpose can be a catalyst to re-connect with their business, re-energize their employees, and lead to profit.

• Participants will assess the results from the Got Purpose Assessment Tool™ (provided in advance upon registration) and determine the next steps.

• Participants will start working on a message map that will serve as north to create clear and compelling communications about their why and their services.

Workshop #2: Focus on Your Client-Ready Investors

Consultants sell hope and capacity building to clients, in this case to nonprofits. They provide a reason, a pathway for clients to excel and thrive. But not everyone is a qualified client, and not everyone is your high-ticketed client. High-ticketed clients have a specific need, a gap, or a problem they urge to solve. They also have a deep desire, a willingness, an open mind to learn, grow, act, get better - be more effective and efficient. These are your Client-Ready Investors! Money is one of the bridges that nonprofits need to expand and increase their impact. Your expertise, background, education, services, presence, and methods are what they need to move from surviving to thriving so they can increase their impact. There are plenty of client-ready leads waiting to invest in their own development and see a return on that investment as well. You need to find them, understand them, secure a connection, and intentionally "make the sale."

The takeaways are:

  • Participants will learn how to assess and determine who their Client-Ready Investors are.
  • Participants will explore what it feels like to move from a "begging and convincing" way of selling to an "inviting and affirming" way to secure new clients.
  • Participants will get a teaser on the power of becoming moneymakers for their company and those they lead and love.

Workshop #3: How to Become a Money Maker

Salespeople have a negative reputation, and they can be seen as pushy, forceful, and unscrupulous. Some may be like that. Selling should not be a one-way street or a tactic for just a few to get wealthier, it can be a way to serve others. What if becoming a purposeful, passionate, and empathetic moneymaker could be a solution for your financial challenges? What would happen if everyone in your company became a moneymaker master to sell your purpose and services? Can you imagine the potential growth, expansion, and increased impact your company can have if everyone (leadership, employees, HR, marketers, accountants, project managers) is educated, empowered, and equipped to sell hope, potential, possibilities, wellbeing, sustainability, education, empowerment, and results?

When selling becomes a purposeful way to generate safety, stability, and social change, it becomes a human interaction, an enterprise where everyone has the sales role and responsibility to serve and make an impact by strategically making a sale.

The takeaways are:

  • Participants will assess their perception of salespeople and question their own limiting beliefs or barriers around seeing themselves as moneymakers.
  • Participants will learn about “Daniel Pink's ABCs of Selling” and the power of an abundant mindset.
  • Participants will practice how to embody being moneymakers for their services.
