In the dynamic landscape of nonprofit consulting, the capacity to drive change and foster innovation is more than a skill—it's a necessity. However, the path to transformative change is often obstructed by unspoken (and sometimes even outspoken) resistance. This workshop offers a simple framework tailored for nonprofit consultants, equipping them with the understanding and tools necessary to navigate and dismantle these barriers, thereby facilitating more effective implementation of change within their client organizations.
